Terms of Service
By using Libra ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. What Libra does
Libra is a link-shortening service. You submit a URL, we generate a short link that redirects to it.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Libra to create links pointing to phishing, malware, or other malicious content; illegal content under applicable law; or content that harasses, threatens, or exploits others. We reserve the right to disable, delete, or block any link, with or without notice.
3. Accounts
Creating an account requires an email and username. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Chatbot feature
Libra includes an AI chatbot. Conversations with it may be logged (see Privacy). Don't rely on it for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. No uptime guarantee
Libra is provided "as is," without guarantee of availability or freedom from errors.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for content found at the destination of any shortened link. Links are created by users, not by us.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Libra collects and why.

2. Why we collect it
Service function (creating/redirecting links, account security), abuse prevention (bot detection, rate-limiting), security (detecting suspicious activity), and improving Libra (aggregated usage patterns).
3. Third parties
Our chatbot is powered by Google Gemini — messages sent to it are processed by Google's API. Icons and illustrations are licensed from Icons8. We do not sell your data to third parties.
